Move accounting data from one system to another.
I develop and set up connections between the tools your accounting firm uses, so you do not have to copy the same information into several places.

Automatic customer records for new clients.
The proposal covers new clients at the accounting firm. The setup checks the firm's client portal every morning and creates customer records in the firm's own accounts so you can invoice clients.

The proposal only creates new customer records. Later changes are not transferred. If information is missing, the firm's responsible person receives an email, corrects the details in the portal, and the setup retries on the next daily run.
Access to retrieve client details from the portal and create customer records in the firm's accounts must be confirmed before quoting.
First, I check whether the integration already exists.
You do not need custom development if an existing integration covers the task.
An example I built: BilagPilot.
BilagPilot is a tool for following up accounting documents. The recording shows an AI retrieving the list of missing items and suggesting what the accountant should prioritise.

What the recording shows
The user asks what to prioritise today. The response puts overdue requests and older accounting documents first, then unsorted files and newer submissions. The recording ends by confirming that data was only read.
MCP connects AI to data and tools in a system. The information and actions available depend on the connection and permissions.
How we build it for you.
We review the current work.
Bring two system names and the information you copy. In the meeting, we choose one task and clarify what needs investigating before I can quote.
You receive scope and a fixed price.
A written quote describes the task, systems and deliverables. You approve before building starts.
I build, test and show you the setup.
We test with cases you know before the setup goes into use. Hosting, support and later changes are agreed and priced separately.
Questions about system integration.
Can you connect the systems we use?
I investigate that for the specific task. I must confirm that the necessary information can be read and updated, and that the supplier's terms permit the use, before you receive a quote.
What do API and MCP mean?
An API gives software a documented way to use features and data in a system. MCP gives an AI access to agreed data and tools. Neither means that every task is automatically available.
What happens if the connection stops?
Errors must be shown to an agreed responsible person. Before retrying an action, the setup must determine whether it already ran. Maintenance and support are agreed before the solution goes into use.
Do you copy the same information between systems?
Bring the names of the two systems and an example of what you move manually.
