The workflow has synthetic tests. Full Xero and Google Drive validation on n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n remains outstanding. Check the test status before using real accounting data.

    Review the scope

The preview lists transactions, attachments and errors before export. You approve each run.

  2. 02

    Preserve the originals

Files are copied without conversion. Size and SHA-256 are checked, and source IDs accompany every file.

  3. 03

    See what remains

Interrupted runs can resume. Errors and unfinished transfers stay visible. Identical files from the same source are intended to be reused on reruns.

A scoped document export.

Includes authorised and paid supplier bills and authorised spend-money transactions. Transactions without returned attachments remain in the index.

No changes to Xero. No OCR, AI, merging, email delivery or public sharing.

What is excluded

Sales invoices, credit notes, journals, payroll, expense claims, unlinked Files Inbox documents and raw bank statements.

This is not a full backup, restore tool, reconciliation or audit opinion. No returned attachments does not establish a missing invoice.
